Ramy AmirPROPERTY ADVISOR
Born in Cairo (Egypt) Ramy Amir spent the early years of life immersed in its rich culture before moving to Montreal and later settling in London, where most of adulthood was spent. These experiences shaped a global perspective, fostering an appreciation for diverse cultures and opportunities.
Ramy pursued studies at Regent’s University, earning a BA (Hons) in International Events Management. A career in the events industry led to working on major live music events and contributing to the London 2012 Olympics, an experience that reinforced a passion for creating impactful experiences.
After graduating, he transformed a dissertation project into a real business, launching a catering company. Three years later, the entrepreneurial journey continued with the opening of Koshary Kitchen in Boxpark, a restaurant specializing in Egyptian bowl food with a modern twist, inspired by Poke bowls.
Having spent childhood summers in Marbella, the connection to the area was always strong. Seeking a better quality of life for the family, Ramy made the decision to relocate permanently—a choice that has brought both personal and professional fulfillment.
