Living in Sierra Blanca

When it comes to the best areas to live in Marbella, Sierra Blanca, a luxury residential area on the slopes of the La Concha mountain, is without a doubt one of the best places to live. Surrounded by a green and mountainous landscape, with large natural areas and exclusive villas of modern or traditional design, Sierra Blanca is one of the top places to live on the Costa del Sol.

There are few places on the Costa del Sol and in the world like Sierra Blanca, home to some of Marbella’s most luxurious mansions and world-class nightclubs such as Starlite. In fact, the area is known as the ‘Beverly Hills of Spain’.

Where is Sierra Blanca located?

Sierra Blanca is located in the foothills of La Concha, in the upper part of Marbella, north of the Golden Mile and the AP-7 toll motorway and some 300 metres above sea level. It borders Nagüeles, another of Marbella’s most exclusive districts of high-end villas and flats, and is within easy reach of Marbella Centro and Puerto Banús, just a few minutes’ drive away.

Why live in Sierra Blanca?

Sierra Blanca is a high luxury urbanisation that is only accessible to a fortunate few. To live there is synonymous with first-class living. This area stands out for offering its residents an idyllic natural environment, an authentic green lung on the Costa del Sol, an excellent quality of life, efficient security, as the area is heavily guarded 24 hours a day, and providing absolute privacy.

On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that it enjoys a unique and pleasant microclimate, thanks to its location on the southern slopes of the La Concha mountain.

Camojan Waterfall

Bordering Sierra Blanca to the east is one of the most prestigious and luxurious urbanisations in Marbella and the Costa del Sol: Cascada de Camojan, named after the waterfall of crystalline waters that is located within the urbanisation itself.

Cascada de Camojan distinguishes itself as a premier residential enclave of luxury villas set on enormous plots that guarantee privacy and exclusivity.
